For eligible Shopify Plus stores ($250k+/mo gross revenue) implementing our approved 14-flow roadmap, if verified Klaviyo + SMS attributed revenue does not lift by +$45,000 over baseline within 90 days, service fees pause until achieved.

03. Rolling 30-Day Pod Governance

Following the initial 60-day infrastructure and 14-flow cutover sprint, retainers renew on transparent 30-day cycles with 15-day written notice.
